For Easter… front cover of The Lady, 9th February 1933. Sheep and lambs. Pretty pale blue/turquoise background, and white paint – applied as if it is stitching. So maybe not sewing, but how fabulous would this look as an embroidery..? I love the mama sheep – her outline is all little crosses.
