Making Magazine Issue 13

Hello!  We have (just) about recovered from the summer holidays.  As usual they went too quickly, but we crammed in as much as we could – 14 hour day out to Legoland anyone?!

Things are settling in well for the autumn – our sampler courses are full.  We have some gorgeous fabrics in (I am biased!), and are well stocked on our haberdashery.  The long list if items to get online are being ticked off.  We are getting most orders out same day, so we hope we are making lots of stitchers very happy.

We are in Making Magazine, number 13, the Country Issue.  We have a cot quilt and bumper pattern in there.  Using charm packs, they are great for beginners, and the are each finished in a different way which makes the ideal for learning how to bind.  Here are a couple of photos…

The quilt and bumper.  The fabric featured is Moda’s Strawberry Fields.

and a close up of one of the bumper ties on the cover – so cute

Congrats on the ‘Making’ – oh baby bumpers – not for me, crikey no way, but if my sister hurries up…!

Nor for me too – I googled baby cots to check the size for the cot quilt and then worried my husband would be next on the computer and get panicked!
