Handmade Holidays!

I love that expression.  For me, the reality (as it is most years) is that there are 5 days to go and I have a very big sewing to do pile!  Added into the mix my birthday is before Christmas it is a busy week.

Our last day at the shop this week will be Thursday, open 10 till 5.  Books and gift vouchers have been selling well.  We will then be closed till Tuesday 4th January.  That first week of 2011 will see a small sale in the shop to make space for some of the lovely new things coming our way next year.  If you can’t get to the shop I’ll let you know on here what the bargains are in case there is anything which takes your fancy.  If you find you are quilting between Christmas and New Year and desperately need some wadding or quilting threads email me as I will be in the shop moving things round, but probably not there until the afternoon!

The course list if finished – see below.  Hopefully there is something there which takes your fancy!

Happy birthday!! Hope you get to have a snow-free, stress-free and wonderful day.

Have a great Christmas too – we are finally moving on the 6th – so I am trying to think of interesting ways to make it not look like Christmas lunch is taking place in a warehouse!
